詹姆斯·优·南本是美国律师，是安德森·毛利·友常律师事务所的高级外国顾问。他的法律业务范围主要涉及跨国企业贸易及诉讼。他协助非日本公司、海外公司调整其在日本境内的业务，包括成立企业代表处、供销、劳动就业事务、反垄断法、反不正当竞争法等法务、合资、M&A以及战略联盟。他还协助日本客户办理在美国的诉讼或仲裁事务。詹姆斯·优·南本在1993年加入我们律师事务所之前，曾在纽约做了8年企业诉讼律师，业务重点是证券诉讼。
凭借其在日本业界10年多的经验，詹姆斯·优·南本顺利地成功地办理了许多法律案件，处理了许多涉及日本或美国法律的复杂案件，且确保其法律服务与国际接轨。他还协助事务所的附属委员会招聘外国法律事务律师。
